A first follow-up visit is scheduled after any appropriate lab work has been done and Dr Kotzur has considered your case. During this visit, Dr Kotzur will discuss treatment options and provide you with a personalized treatment plan – this gives you the benefit of knowing the doctor’s thoughts and direction of treatment.
Further follow-up visits after getting started on a treatment plan are typically booked about 4-6 weeks apart, depending on individual circumstances.

Appointments missed or cancelled in less than 24 hours of your appointment will be billed a cancellation fee of $50. Early cancellation enables us to provide care to patients on our waiting list.
MediCare (Federal) and MaineCare (State) do not cover ND visits.
Some private insurance companies in Maine do cover visits with NDs. Please call your company to see if your policy covers your visit.
We can provide you with a ‘Super Bill’ that you can submit to your insurance company.
