    Initial New Patient Appointment: $165

    • 90 Minutes

    Comprehensive Treatment Plan Appointment: $100

    • 60 Minutes

    Follow Up Appointments: $60-100

    • 30-60 Minutes

    Payment Policy

    • Payment is due in full on the day of your appointment.
    • Options: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover

    Cancellation Policy

    • A $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged for appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
    • Early cancellation enables us to provide care to patients on our waiting list.

    Insurance

    • If your insurance company covers office visits with licensed Naturopathic doctors (NDs), we can provide you with the receipt for your payment that you can submit for reimbursement.  These “superbills” can be generated at anytime. We do not bill insurance.
    • You may be able to apply money paid for health care services provided by a licensed ND to your insurance deductable.  Check with your insurance company.
    • Unfortunately, MediCare and MaineCare do not cover ND visits, yet.
